Blessing of Lambs

Our Holy Father blessed two lambs raised by Trappist Monks yesterday, on the feast of St. Agnes, that will be sheared and the wool used to make vestments for the archbishops appointed last year. Apparently, this is an annual tradition.

The New Year

Greetings my dear friends!

I survived my first year as a volunteer sacristan during the Christmas season and look forward to the upcoming year! Last Saturday, I participated in the SC March for Life on the Capitol in Columbia, SC. Monday, I have two new employees starting and I am praying our personalities blend well. I hope I have made wise choices and we are able to work as a cohesive unit without too many hiccups. I hope your Advent and Christmas were blessed seasons and the New Year treats you well.
